Entry Level Sales Representative | Southern National Roofing

• Mission: Drive demand through direct community marketing by speaking with homeowners and scheduling appointments for free roof inspections.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Engage with homeowners face-to-face in assigned residential neighborhoods.
• Service: Deliver a professional customer service experience during conversations with potential clients.
• Educate: Clearly explain Southern National Roofing’s free roof inspection service.
• Schedule: Successfully schedule appointments for the in-home sales team to provide estimates.
• Activity: Work outdoors and remain active on your feet throughout the workday.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED. Early career professionals looking to transition from roles like warehouse, retail, customer service, restaurant server/bartender, receptionist, administrative assistant, or forklift operator.
• Experience: Comfortable initiating and holding conversations with people face-to-face. Possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for commuting to the office.
• Skills: Great communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong desire to succeed, and a professional appearance. Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Saturday, between 9am-7pm.
