This is a full-time role at Viking Pest Control, performing in-person services across communities in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime, Weekends as needed.
• Location: In person (within service areas of NJ, PA, DE, MD)
• Mission: Serve as a vital link between Viking Pest Control and its clients by solving existing pest and rodent problems and recommending corrective actions to prevent future infestations in homes and businesses.
• Tech Stack: Computers, Smartphones

What You’ll Actually Do
• Problem Resolution: Diagnose and solve existing pest and rodent problems for a diverse client base, ensuring homes and businesses are free from infestations.
• Preventive Measures: Implement and recommend corrective actions and sustainable solutions to prevent future pest infestations, safeguarding properties long-term.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to help community members with their pest challenges.
• Property Protection: Systematically protect both residential and commercial properties from a wide array of pests, utilizing effective pest management and extermination solutions.
• Independent Operation: Comfortably work independently while managing scheduled routes, contributing to Viking Pest Control’s reputation for reliable service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be 21 years old or older and possess a high school degree or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior pest control experience is required, as Viking Pest Control provides comprehensive hands-on training for all new hires. Candidates should have familiarity with computers and smartphones.
• Skills: Requires a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. Individuals must be comfortable working outdoors, demonstrate a passion for high-quality customer service, exhibit a safety-first mindset, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
