The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Location: In-person, Troy, MI
• Mission: Provide essential assistance to engineers and designers on various design projects, gaining practical insight into an electrical engineer’s daily life in a consulting environment.
• Tech Stack: AutoCAD, in-house illumination software, Revit

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide essential assistance to engineers and designers on a variety of ongoing design projects.
• Software Experience: Gain practical experience working with industry-standard software, including AutoCAD or other in-house illumination software.
• Fieldwork: Participate in fieldwork opportunities alongside experienced engineers and designers.
• Insight: Obtain practical insight into the daily life of an electrical engineer within a consulting environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university, actively pursuing an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of engineering fundamentals and a strong interest in Architectural Engineering/Engineering Design.
• Skills: Maintain a 2.7 GPA or higher.
• Bonus: AutoCAD or Revit experience is considered a significant plus.
