What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Lead the design and development of complex features and modules for core web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Develop: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product management, design, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Architect: Architect and implement robust APIs and microservices.
• Mentor: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software engineering.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development, with extensive experience in back-end development using various technologies and frameworks.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+); solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database systems; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes); excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bonus: Experience with serverless architectures, knowledge of GraphQL, contributions to open-source projects, and previous experience mentoring junior engineers or leading small teams.
