What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Develop: Architect, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and efficient code, ensuring high standards through code reviews and testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver features.
• Performance & Scalability: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring responsiveness for a high volume of users.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, best practices, and fostering continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Experience: Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices, along with hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React), solid experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot), and proficient with Git.
• Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and prior experience in an agile development environment.
