What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Feature Development: You will lead the design and development of new features and enhancements for web applications, spanning both front-end and back-end components.
• Ensure Code Quality: You will write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code while participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Drive Collaboration: You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define specifications, plan projects, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Mentor Team Members: You will mentor junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within the team.
• Shape Architecture: You will contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to shape the future direction of our technology stack.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior-level Software Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, including demonstrable experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB), and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript). Extensive experience with back-end development using languages like Python, Node.js, Java, Go, or C#. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development, familiarity with Git, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
• Bonus: Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavioral-driven development (BDD). Knowledge of data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Kinesis). Previous experience in a lead or mentoring role. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
