Campaign Automation Intern (Summer)

USANA Health Sciences is looking for a creative, motivated college student to join our team as a Campaign Automation Intern for the summer. In this role, you’ll support and execute marketing campaigns across email and messaging channels, helping bring real campaigns to life. This internship is a strong starting point for anyone interested in digital marketing, CRM, or marketing technology. As part of USANA’s internship program, you’ll gain meaningful, hands-on experience working with real tools, data, and campaigns—learning how strategy and technology come together to drive results.

We’re looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate is interested in digital marketing, comfortable picking up new tools, and excited to grow their skills in a collaborative, real-world environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with building and launching campaigns in our marketing automation platform (Emarsys)
• Learn how to segment audiences and help organize and target users based on behavior and engagement
• Support testing and quality checks and review campaigns for accuracy before they go live
• Track basic performance metrics
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams and help bring campaigns from idea to execution
• Gain exposure to more advanced concepts over time including automated journeys, lifecycle campaigns, and optimization

What You Will Need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Interest in digital marketing, email marketing, or marketing technology
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Comfortable working with basic data (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Willingness to learn new tools and systems

What Will Make You Standout

• Exposure to tools like Emarsys, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar
• Experience with a class project, internship, or side project involving marketing
• Interest in how customer journeys and campaigns work
