The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable features across our entire product suite. You will work on both front-end and back-end systems, contributing to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to production. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using modern technologies.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, scope, and implement new features and enhancements.
• Write clean, well-tested, and efficient code across the entire stack, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues, contributing to the stability and reliability of our services.
• Contribute to the architectural design and technical roadmap of our platform, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending their adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in front-end development with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and associated tooling (HTML5, CSS3, Webpack).
• Expertise in back-end development with languages like Node.js, Python, Go, or Java, and experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, Spring Boot).
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs design, development, and integration.
• Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets).
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
