What You’ll Actually Do
• Program Engagement: Engage in a structured six-week development program, integrating classroom learning, networking, and practical installation work alongside experienced technicians.
• Installation Contribution: Contribute directly to the installation of core automatic door product lines during supervised on-the-job training segments.
• Skill Development: Learn and actively practice the installation, troubleshooting, and customer support of automatic door systems essential to the business.
• Advanced Training: Participate in a dedicated mid-program training week to acquire advanced installation skills and receive personalized coaching.
• Role Transition: Achieve AAADM Certification and pass a final skills assessment, leading to a transition into a full-time T-2 Door Installation Technician role.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Possess a valid state driver’s license without restrictions.
• Skills: Eagerness to learn and apply new skills, comfort with hands-on work and using tools, basic mechanical/electrical aptitude, self-motivation with a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused mindset.
