The Tone:
This is an internship at Michigan’s Adventure, located in Muskegon, MI. Michigan’s Adventure and WildWater Adventure is a theme park offering over 60 rides, slides, and attractions, including seven roller coasters. This role is crucial for assisting in the successful execution of Group Sales events, directly contributing to creating memorable experiences and ensuring guest happiness during their visit. The program offers hands-on experience and opportunities for skill development within the hospitality industry.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support Event Operations: Assist in the execution details for all Group Sales events.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Ensure guests have an exceptional visit and create lasting memories.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Contribute to providing a safe environment for all visitors.
• Collaborate with Teams: Interact and work effectively with people of diverse ages and backgrounds.
• Engage in Development: Participate in leadership training classes and business seminars led by park management.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be currently pursuing a college degree or a recent graduate (within 180 days of the start of employment/program).
• Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Skills: Ability to work a minimum of 24 hours per week, including weekends and peak days; Comfort working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
