• Team: Works with store personnel and commercial accounts, reporting to store leadership.
• Mission: Ensure safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts to commercial customers, contributing to “WOW!” Customer Service.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Deliver “WOW!” Customer Service by engaging with commercial customers and DIY shoppers, providing clear automotive advice, and offering installation services.
• Delivery Logistics: Drive company-provided vehicles for safe and timely deliveries of automotive parts, accurately loading and unloading parts according to route schedules.
• Inventory & Returns: Manage the collection of returns, cores, and parts from nearby stores or outside vendors as part of delivery routes.
• Operational Compliance: Adhere to PPE guidelines and fleet safety policies, process customer payments securely following company policies, and responsibly maintain delivery vehicles by reporting issues promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with store personnel and commercial accounts, fostering smooth teamwork and strong customer relationships.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be at least 18 years old with basic knowledge of automotive parts.
• Experience: Possession of a valid driver’s license and proven adherence to AutoZone’s driver safety requirements.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to safely lift, load, and efficiently deliver merchandise.
• Bonus: High school diploma or equivalent (GED), strong communication abilities in both Spanish and English, previous experience in automotive retail or a similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry, or a valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement.
