What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Greet customers and respond to their service questions while they shop in the retail store and greenhouse.
• Transaction Processing: Handle customer transactions accurately using the KCX cash register system and manage cash and customer returns.
• Merchandise Operations: Price, stock, face, and organize merchandise, including assisting with freight receiving and conducting cycle counts as directed.
• Plant Care: Water and provide general care for live goods within the seasonal greenhouses.
• Department Maintenance: Perform general housekeeping duties and other tasks as assigned by management to maintain the store and greenhouse environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Excellent customer service skills.
• Experience: Proven ability to accurately handle cash, process transactions, and manage customer returns.
• Skills: Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to stand for long periods, and frequent bending and twisting.
• Bonus: High School Diploma or GED.
