What You’ll Actually Do
• Technical Leadership: Lead the design and architecture of new features and system enhancements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Full-Stack Development: Drive the end-to-end development of highly responsive user interfaces and robust back-end APIs and services.
• Code Quality: Champion and enforce coding standards, conduct thorough code reviews, and actively improve engineering processes and tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers to define optimal solutions and deliver high-quality products.
• Testing & Deployment: Implement comprehensive tests, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and automate deployments to production environments.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. This is a senior-level position focused on full-stack software development.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive professional experience in full-stack software development, spanning modern front-end frameworks, back-end languages/frameworks, and database knowledge.
• Skills:
• Strong front-end expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js).
• Solid back-end experience with at least one programming language and its ecosystem/frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go).
• Proficient experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.
• Proven experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Practical experience with major cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, WebSockets, serverless computing, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress), open-source contributions, agile methodologies, or mentoring junior engineers.
