• Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction: Familiar with the CFP examination content outline and common challenges faced by students, such as integrating multiple planning domains, performing time-value-of-money calculations, and applying ethical standards to client scenarios. Adapts instruction effectively using CFP Board practice examinations, financial calculator drills, and case study analysis to support financial planning professionals preparing for CFP certification.
• Effective Teaching Methods: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles.
