Who You Are:

Redfin is looking for client-centric, driven agents with a strong track record:

  • Active Real Estate License: Must possess an active and unrestricted real estate license.
  • Transportation: Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions; or related real estate experience including prior experience with Redfin in a real estate capacity.
  • Trusted Advisor: Proven experience guiding clients through the home buying and selling process.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in winning clients, closing deals, and generating referral business.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Embraces technology to build business and collaborate efficiently.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Expected commission ranges from $30,000 to $1,250,000 annually. On average, agents earn $165,000, with uncapped potential.
