What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Design, develop, and implement new features and services across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Contribute: To the architectural design and evolution of our platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Ensure: High code quality through writing clean, efficient, and testable code, and actively participating in code reviews.
• Collaborate: With product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize: Identify and resolve complex technical issues, and enhance application performance for a seamless user experience.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Skills: Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React; strong command of Python (or similar server-side languages); extensive experience with PostgreSQL (or similar databases); hands-on experience with AWS (or similar cloud platforms); proficient with Git; exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes); familiarity with CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ); experience with test-driven development (TDD); contributions to open-source projects.
