What You’ll Actually Do
• Design & Develop: Lead the design and development of complex software modules and features, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Code & Review: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality and performance.
• Mentor & Guide: Mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and enhancing their technical skills through guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate & Deliver: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define requirements and deliver features on time.
• Optimize & Improve: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues to continuously improve system reliability and efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong track record of building and shipping successful products, including demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Skills: Expert proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, Go, C#), extensive experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, and strong problem-solving skills for distributed systems.
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks, or experience mentoring junior engineers.
