What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead the development and deployment of new, high-quality features for primary web applications, ensuring maintainability.
• Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using core languages like Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Develop interactive and responsive front-end user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, with a preference for React.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions.
• Contribute to technical strategy, architectural decisions, and continuously improve development processes while mentoring junior developers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Senior-level Full Stack Developer.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack web development roles. Strong expertise in backend development with at least one major language/framework and extensive experience with a modern front-end JavaScript framework. Proficient with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in database systems (relational and NoSQL), designing and consuming RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and solving complex technical problems to deliver scalable software. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bonus: Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), serverless architectures (AWS Lambda), testing frameworks, real-time communication protocols (WebSockets, Kafka, RabbitMQ), or a strong personal project portfolio.
