• Mission: This person will be responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions across the entire technology stack, from user interfaces to back-end services.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design: Design and develop end-to-end web applications and services, ensuring high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Code: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack, utilizing modern frameworks and established practices.
• Collaborate: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead: Lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and help shape the direction of company platforms.
• Mentor: Guide junior and mid-level engineers, supporting their technical growth and fostering continuous improvement.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. This is a senior-level position in full-stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is also required.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js). Extensive experience with back-end languages and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, Go, Ruby on Rails). Deep understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra). Proficiency in designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, algorithms, and software architecture patterns.
• Bonus: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a related field. Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Experience with message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS). Knowledge of security practices in web development. Prior experience working in an agile development environment. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal projects.
