Operations Integration Analyst | IBM

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Team: Operations Integration Team, supporting CIO, Procurement CDO, and Real Estate integration.
• Mission: Lead and manage the integration of various teams, processes, and technologies across the Operations organization to achieve improved efficiency and effectiveness.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Develop and implement integration strategies and plans for seamless collaboration between internal T&O teams and external partners.
• Manage: Manage the integration of new technologies, processes, and systems to support transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address integration challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor: Monitor and report on integration progress, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for process enhancements.
• Guide: Provide guidance and support to team members during the integration process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidate for a bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating an interest in the acquisition process. This role is suited for individuals beginning their career journey.
• Experience: A strong understanding of, or practical experience with, the deployment of new technologies and processes across a broad collection of applications and departments. This includes implementing new software, systems, or operational procedures within existing IT infrastructure.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and effectively relaying business needs to technical teams.
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills, with the proven ability to guide teams, foster strong working relationships, and gain consensus with key stakeholders in complex integration scenarios.
• Robust project leadership skills, including the ability to define project scope, set timelines, manage resources, track progress, and ensure the successful delivery of integration initiatives.
• The ability to work collaboratively with diverse cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve common goals.
• Bonus: A completed Bachelor’s Degree.
