What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications across the full stack.
• Collaborate: Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure Quality: Write high-quality, well-tested code that guarantees reliability, performance, and security.
• Guide: Lead technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Evolve: Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of the platform, advocating for best practices and future-proof solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in full stack software development.
• Experience: 5+ years of professional full stack software development experience, specifically building and deploying web applications.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in a front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Expertise with a back-end language/framework (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django/Flask, Java/Spring Boot, Go).
• Solid understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Experience with RESTful API design and development, Git, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bonus: Experience with microservices architecture, serverless computing, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks (e.g., Jest), and industry-specific experience (e.g., FinTech, HR Tech).
