Growth Group Operations Intern | NVE Experience Agency
The Tone:
This is a paid, remote educational internship at NVE Experience Agency, running for 12 weeks between June 1, 2026 – August 21, 2026. NVE is a brand experience and production agency that develops insight-driven ideas rooted in culture to convert consumer attention into commitment, action, and brand loyalty. This Growth Group Operations Intern role focuses on new business research and sales support, offering candidates the opportunity to better understand the business side of a multi-million-dollar agency and contribute to activations tied to major cultural moments.

• Mission: This role supports new business research and sales to help NVE secure future brand experience projects and client commitments.
• Tech Stack: AI software, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Keynote or PowerPoint)
What You’ll Actually Do
• Research: Conduct brand, product, and competitor research to support pitch development and project briefs.
• Insights & Strategy: Gather and analyze industry, market, cultural, and competitor insights to inform sales strategy.
• Meeting Support: Attend internal meetings and RFP briefing calls, taking comprehensive notes and distributing clear summaries with key takeaways and action items.
• Sales Preparation: Support preparations for capabilities meetings, including in-depth research on new business leads and creating custom custom materials.
• Quality Control: Perform quality assurance on presentation decks by checking for typos, formatting consistency, and alignment issues.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a college/university, ideally pursuing a major in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in marketing, brand experiences, or creative industries, with a proactive approach to workload and projects.
• Skills: Strong research skills; strong written, verbal, presentation, and analytical communication skills; organized and detail-oriented; proficiency in AI software, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office.
• Bonus: Ideally located within a 1-hour drive of Los Angeles or New York City to participate in in-office gatherings as opportunities arise.
