What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop ambitious goals and create meticulous plans for their successful execution in client acquisition and service.
• Prioritize serving clients and empowering team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Clearly articulate complex financial information and engage effectively with clients through excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Build and effectively manage client relationships within a business development context, ensuring high standards of professionalism.
• Mentor new agents and contribute to the growth of the team, especially for those in leadership development roles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Individuals with a strong commitment to serving clients and a genuine ambition to take on leadership roles.
• Experience: Demonstrated background in building and effectively managing teams within a business development context.
• Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong work ethic, high integrity, goal setting and execution, and coachability.
• Bonus: Life and Health Insurance License (preferred, but guidance through the licensing process is provided) and a strong desire to lead and succeed.
