About the Role

As a Territory Sales Representative for Leaf Home Water Solutions, you will become an expert in our products, educating potential customers on the transformative benefits of our water solutions. Leveraging a unique approach, you’ll learn to conduct quick home assessments from the street to identify common homeowner challenges that Leaf Home is perfectly positioned to solve.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Systematically cover an assigned territory daily, engaging prospective customers directly at their homes through door-to-door outreach to generate high-quality sales leads for our outside sales team.
• Consultative Sales & Education: Employ a consultative selling approach to thoroughly educate consumers on the advantages of Leaf Home products. Gather crucial information to facilitate the scheduling of in-person product demonstrations by our dedicated sales team.
• Performance Reporting & Collaboration: Provide daily reports on your results to the field management team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working relationship with fellow sales representatives.
• Professional Representation: Uphold a high standard of quality and accuracy in representing Leaf Home products. Ensure every potential customer interaction is professional and delivers an exceptional experience.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid Driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle are essential for daily local travel.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs dictate.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and articulate interactions with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated with a strong, self-driven desire to meet and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Customer-focused with a strong orientation towards achieving results.
• Demonstrates a professional demeanor and maintains appropriate business attire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Physical Demands

This role requires an active individual who can thrive in various conditions:

• Ability to work outdoors daily, with continuous exposure to the elements, including inclement weather.
• Extended periods of walking and standing are required.
• Work environment is primarily field-based, reminiscent of a construction or manufacturing setting.
• Sedentary work may occasionally be required, exerting up to 10 pounds of force or negligible force frequently/constantly to move objects or oneself.
