Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Brooklyn/NYC Territory

Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, competitive, hardworking, and persistent individuals to join our close-knit team as a Sales Representative. This role is responsible for selling world-class craft, import, and domestic beers within the Brooklyn/NYC territory. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a sense of responsibility, and a desire to grow with our company, contributing to our continued success and market presence.

Total Compensation Range

Total compensation range including bonuses: $55,000 – $60,700 per year.

What You’ll Be Doing (Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain effective account relationships and promote the goodwill of the company.
• Represent our world-class brands in a dynamic market.
• Grow brand presence within our existing accounts.
• Proper merchandising of accounts with permanent and paper POS.
• Execute effective Accounts Receivable collections according to State Law.
• Develop account base by opening new accounts and growing points of distribution.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding credit, delivery, product information, and other questions as they arise.
• Execute monthly and quarterly priorities as related to business activities.
• Create relationships with appropriate account personnel and supplier teams to maintain and improve customer service.
• Support the Marketing Team in executing brand development programs and placement of promotional materials.
• Rotate the product to maintain freshness as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

• Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• 21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations.
• Has a passion for beer, superior customer service skills, and the ability to build relationships with customers.
• Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the job.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong comfort level with technology.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a solicitor’s license.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability and willingness to work independently and with a team.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
