What You’ll Actually Do
• Vehicle Detailing: Perform thorough vehicle detailing, including washing, cleaning interiors, and exterior buffing to prepare cars for sale.
• Vehicle Movement: Efficiently move vehicles between various departments within the Inspection Center to maintain workflow.
• Vehicle Photography: Capture high-quality images of vehicles, including Carvana’s unique “spinners,” for online display.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed inspections of vehicle interiors and exteriors, identifying and documenting any imperfections or defects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position in automotive operations or vehicle reconditioning.
• Experience: Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Skills: Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; capability to lift up to 60 pounds independently; comfort working in a fast-paced production environment; willingness to work in conditions with exposure to excessive weather (heat/cold); ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
