About the Job – Entry-Level Automotive Roles at Carvana

Available Entry-Level Positions:

• Detailer: Responsible for detailing vehicles, which includes washing, interior cleaning, and exterior buffing.
• Lot Attendant: Tasked with moving vehicles from one department to the next within the Inspection Centers.
• Photobooth Associate: Takes high-quality photos of vehicles for customer viewing in Carvana’s unique “spinners.”
• Quality / Inspection Associate: Conducts thorough inspections of vehicle interiors and exteriors, accurately identifying any imperfections or defects.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18.00 – $19.00 hourly (based on level of experience). Starting pay for this position is $18/hr.
• Schedule: First Shift, Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
• Mandatory Overtime: All locations are subject to mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure exceptional customer experience and timely vehicle delivery. We are looking for team players committed to our mission.
• Location: Our Inspection Center is located at: 90485 Auction Way Eugene, OR 97402.

General Qualifications And Requirements:

• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Some positions may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Comfortable working in conditions that may include exposure to excessive weather (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use safety equipment, which may include but is not limited to: face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
