What You’ll Actually Do

• Inspections: Conduct and monitor site inspections, ensuring project quality and compliance.

• Management: Explore project and client management strategies through active participation.
• Sustainability: Drive sustainable outcomes in all aspects of project work and design.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in the chosen field through previous internships, volunteering, or organization memberships; successful completion of EIT exam or ability to take it within 12 months.
• Skills: Creative thinking with a methodical approach, proficient communication and presentation, resilient and solution-oriented mindset, ability to build relationships, and a collaborative spirit for teamwork.
