About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our commercial client base through proactive prospecting, cold-calling, and building strong, lasting relationships. This position requires an individual who is not only adept at generating new permanent sales but also capable of providing exceptional support to our existing clientele and expertly showcasing our product offerings through compelling demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and manage sales leads and prospects to acquire new commercial business opportunities.
- Field Sales & Cold Calling: Conduct strategic cold-calls in the field to generate new permanent sales, demonstrating resilience and a strong hunter mentality.
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture and service existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Product Expertise & Demonstration: Effectively demonstrate and present our full product line to potential and existing clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Territory & Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established goals for territory development and sales quotas, contributing directly to the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in cold calling sales, accompanied by a strong and verifiable track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective territory sales strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue.
- Core Sales Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills are essential for this role.
- Autonomy & Drive: A highly self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet or exceed aggressive sales goals without constant supervision.
