What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure its accuracy, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
• Insight Generation: Analyze collected data sets thoroughly to identify significant trends, emerging patterns, and actionable insights that can directly inform and improve business strategies.
• Reporting & Visualization: Assist in the creation of clear, impactful dashboards, comprehensive reports, and compelling visualizations designed for various business teams.
• Project Support: Provide robust support for various ad hoc analyses and data-driven projects, adapting quickly to evolving business needs.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the continuous accuracy, consistency, and overall integrity of all data processed and utilized within analytical projects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to accurately define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and establish precise reporting requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional or a recent graduate with a foundational understanding of core data analysis principles, demonstrating a strong eagerness to establish and grow a career path within the evolving field of data analytics. This role is ideally suited for individuals looking to apply their academic knowledge or initial practical experience in a real-world business environment.
• Experience: Demonstrable exposure to data collection, cleaning, and basic analytical tasks, potentially gained through relevant academic coursework, personal data projects, or professional internships. • Skills: Possesses basic practical knowledge of fundamental data analysis tools, specifically including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
