What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care: Deliver direct and indirect patient care under the direct supervision of an experienced Registered Nurse preceptor.
• Skill Development: Refine nursing knowledge and practical skills within a supportive clinical environment.
• Service Quality: Contribute to organizational objectives by providing high-quality customer service.
• Performance Improvement: Actively participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Residency Program: Engage fully in the mandatory one-year New Graduate Nurse Residency Program, a comprehensive program providing invaluable support through monthly seminars and formalized mentorship for a successful transition to independent practice.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional who has graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
• Experience: Demonstrated interpersonal skills essential for effective communication and collaboration with other team members. Ability to be flexible, proficiently set priorities, adeptly solve problems, and exercise sound judgment in challenging situations.
• Skills:
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire or transfer.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
• Proficiency in Clinical Applications required for the position within 30-60 days from the date of hire, with appropriate training provided.
• Bonus: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Proficiency in Clinical Applications at the time of hire.
