We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and forward-thinking New Graduate Physical Therapists to join our growing team. We are actively hiring for clinics located throughout Long Island, Westchester, Brooklyn, Queens, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.

As a new graduate at Metro, you will receive:

You will work in a supportive outpatient environment alongside skilled therapists, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative team that genuinely values your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible.
• Ability to evaluate a patient’s need for physical therapy and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
• Capable of providing appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy, and professional standards of care.
• Proficiency in instructing family members, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in appropriate physical therapy techniques.
• Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.

Touro OCS Residency Partnership

Metro’s partnership with Touro University offers a unique opportunity to pursue your Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) Residency while working full-time as a Metro employee. The program takes 12-18 months to complete, and Metro covers the entire cost!
