What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Development: Take charge of the full software development lifecycle, from initial design and development through testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of complex web applications and services.
• Architect and Design: Make substantial contributions to the architecture and design of both new and existing systems, with a strong focus on ensuring scalability, reliability, and robust security.
• Implement Fullstack Code: Develop clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code for both responsive frontend user interfaces and powerful backend components, including APIs and database interactions.
• Collaborate and Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers, while also providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Innovate and Optimize: Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, troubleshoot complex technical issues, resolve performance bottlenecks, and participate in code reviews to enhance product capabilities and quality.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fullstack software development, demonstrating a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying complex web applications and contributing to technical strategy.
• Skills: Expertise in modern frontend development (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React/Angular/Vue.js); robust backend development proficiency (Python/Node.js/Java/Go, RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases); hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes); exceptional analytical problem-solving and communication skills for technical collaboration.
• Bonus: Experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ), serverless computing (AWS Lambda), knowledge of web application security best practices, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
