What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
• Define system architecture, technical specifications, and API designs in collaboration with product and design teams.
• Ensure code quality, champion best practices, conduct thorough code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Optimize application performance, manage database schemas, and deploy applications on cloud platforms like AWS.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing technical guidance and leading small technical projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; minimum 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development, with a significant portion in a senior or lead capacity.
• Experience: Full-stack development with a strong emphasis on React.js (highly preferred), Node.js with Express/NestJS (highly preferred), and hands-on experience with AWS (highly preferred).
• Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3; deep understanding of SQL/NoSQL database systems; expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs; practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines; strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
• Bonus: Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, MobX), front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel); experience with GraphQL APIs and microservices architectures; understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation); experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
