Key Responsibilities

  • Market and User Research: Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive research, and user interviews to identify unmet needs, pain points, and emerging trends.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Create, maintain, and prioritize a detailed product roadmap, ensuring transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate user needs and business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI design, data science, and quality assurance teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Launch and Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop successful go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and training materials.
  • Performance Monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance post-launch, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, strategic decisions, and performance metrics to executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Mentorship: Potentially mentor junior product managers or team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably within a [SaaS, B2B, consumer tech, specific industry] environment.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record managing products in [Specific domain, e.g., FinTech, Healthcare IT, Enterprise AI, Mobile Apps] is a significant plus.
