As an Online PANCE Tutor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students’ academic success and understanding, helping them prepare for initial certification and clinical practice.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support thousands of students nationally by providing online PANCE tutoring.
• Set your own flexible schedule to accommodate tutoring sessions as desired.
• Deliver personalized, one-on-one instruction to individual students through the Live Learning Platform.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests to provide immediate academic support.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess deep and comprehensive knowledge of all PANCE content areas, essential for preparing physician assistant graduates for initial certification and clinical practice.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to explain clinical presentation patterns, guide students through diagnostic workup selection, and detail treatment protocols. Skilled at teaching critical strategies for PANCE, such as clinical vignette analysis, constructing differential diagnoses, and selecting appropriate treatments. Familiarity with the PANCE content blueprint and common challenges faced by students.
• Skills: Ability to identify concepts students commonly struggle with, explain material using multiple approaches, and adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and styles. Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style that fosters a positive learning environment. Be highly adaptable to different learning styles and student needs, ensuring personalized and effective instruction.
