• Curriculum Awareness & Adaptive Instruction:
  • Familiarity with standard trigonometry curricula and common student challenges, including memorizing identities, graphing transformations, and applying formulas correctly.
  • Ability to adapt instruction using mnemonic devices (e.g., SOHCAHTOA), visual circle diagrams, and relevant real-world examples from fields like navigation, music, and architecture to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Effective Teaching Methods:
  • Capacity to identify concepts students commonly struggle with and explain material using multiple approaches.
