About the Job – Entry-Level Dental Assistant at Aspen Dental

Salary: $17 – $20 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical needs of the practice’s patients and doctors. You will receive the necessary support and training to succeed, regardless of your current level of expertise. We are dedicated to promoting from within, allowing you to expand your career and enhance your life. You’ll contribute to your community one smile at a time by:
- Assisting during a variety of dental treatment procedures.
- Setting up and breaking down operatories post-treatment.
- Managing infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Supporting patient charting for Doctors.
- Performing various office tasks as necessary.
- Collaborating with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
