Marketing Intern — UGC, Video & Design | Naïve (YC X25)
The Tone:
This is an internship at Naïve, located in San Francisco with remote flexibility considered for exceptional candidates. Naïve provides a platform that enables anyone to create and run a business using autonomous AI employees. This role is crucial for translating complex technical offerings into emotionally engaging visual content, ensuring potential users *feel* the platform’s impact rather than just understanding its functions. You will be instrumental in making Naïve’s capabilities relatable and compelling through various visual mediums.

• Mission: Own the visual content and distribution strategy to effectively communicate Naïve’s value through engaging videos and designs.
• Tech Stack: CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Figma, Canva, Photoshop, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels, X, LinkedIn
What You’ll Actually Do
• Video Production: Script, shoot, and edit authentic UGC-style short-form videos, including product demos, founder clips, and use-case walkthroughs.
• Video Optimization: Cut and polish longer-form content, such as interviews and tutorials, into optimized short clips tailored for specific social media platforms.
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing social media assets, ad creatives, thumbnails, carousels, and landing page visuals.
• Content Distribution: Post, schedule, and manage content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn, tracking performance to identify and scale successful strategies.
• Creator Program Support: Assist in coordinating Naïve’s creator program, including briefing creators, reviewing their edits, and ensuring content ships on schedule.
• Trend Adaptation: Proactively identify trending formats, sounds, and hooks, creatively adapting them to align with Naïve’s brand identity.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video, UGC, or social-first design content.
• Experience: A portfolio showcasing relevant video work, UGC content, or design projects (school projects are welcome). Proven engagement and understanding of content that captures attention on TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Skills: Fluency in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, and design tools like Figma, Canva, or Photoshop. Ability to operate autonomously, ship content daily, and iterate quickly.
• Bonus: Prior experience successfully growing a social account, managing a brand page, or creating content for a startup.
