What You’ll Actually Do
• Investment Team Support: Provide comprehensive support to investment teams operating across diverse strategies including real estate, credit, and equity.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, detailed financial analysis, and meticulous asset-level due diligence to inform critical investment decisions.
• Financial Modeling: Develop, build, and meticulously maintain financial models essential for effective portfolio monitoring and the evaluation of new investment opportunities.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare precise investment memos, compelling presentations, and professional client materials for both internal review and external communication.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Actively collaborate with diverse teams including portfolio managers, research analysts, and operations personnel on critical strategic initiatives.

• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, positioning candidates as early career professionals.
