What You’ll Actually Do
• Influence Business Outcomes: Work on high-impact projects that directly influence business outcomes across various teams.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate students graduating Summer 2028, majoring in business, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or related fields.
• Experience: Experience working with data. Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies, with hands-on experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity. Ability to analyze, synthesize, and communicate insights effectively. A proactive, scrappy, and self-motivated mindset.
• Bonus: Exposure to Python, R, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
