What You’ll Actually Do
• Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to residents, addressing their daily needs and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their recovery journey.
• Actively participate in the implementation of outstanding physical therapy programs, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to support resident rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor residents’ health status, accurately documenting observations and contributing to the development and adjustment of individualized care plans designed for optimal outcomes.
• Educate residents and their families on care plans and discharge instructions, empowering them for a seamless and well-prepared transition back into their home environment.
• Uphold the facility’s recognized standards of excellence in patient care, contributing to the “Five Stars” ranking and “Best Nursing Home” reputation through diligent and dedicated service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold a current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification. This role is open to both new graduates seeking to begin their career in a supportive training environment and experienced LVNs looking to apply their existing expertise. You should possess core domain knowledge in vocational nursing practices and patient care.
• Experience: No specific prior years of experience are strictly required, as we are committed to training new LVNs. However, prior experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or a related healthcare setting is highly valued and will be recognized.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and energetic care to patients. Strong observational and assessment skills, effective communication for collaboration within a dedicated healthcare team, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient well-being and recovery.
