What You’ll Actually Do
• Improve Fundamentals: Strengthen understanding of underlying technical “why” beyond basic syntax.
• Enhance Communication: Learn to articulate design decisions, defend project choices, and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Practice Interview Scenarios: Engage in structured mock interviews, whiteboard challenges, and online coding assessments under pressure.
• Develop Interview Skills: Master coding questions, problem-solving, debugging, and crafting effective behavioral responses.
• Build Confidence: Acquire the ability to speak clearly and confidently about technical work and project contributions.
