Job Title: AI & Automation Intern

About the Job

As an AI & Automation Intern, you will support the development, deployment, and optimization of Copilot Studio agents and Power Automate workflows. This role involves partnering with IT and cross-functional STC teams to help build scalable AI capabilities, prototype automation use cases, and support emerging AI initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, configuration, and testing of high-impact Copilot Studio agents.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Automate flows.
• Support data collection, data validation, and knowledge base development.
• Perform analysis, testing, and documentation of AI workflows.
• Conduct AI best practices and prompt engineering research.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams.
• Create work instructions and recorded documentation for training purposes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
• Proficiency with Microsoft technologies including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Excel.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Experience with automation, scripting, or API integration is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

• Employee Type: Hourly
• Salary Minimum: $30,000
• Salary Maximum: $35,000
• Incentive: No
