What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care: Deliver direct patient care and wellness services to individuals.
• Medication Management: Optimize medication therapy, manage disease states, and assist patients with acute and chronic conditions.
• Team Leadership: Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns within the pharmacy setting.
• Operational Oversight: Champion operational excellence, ensuring a safe and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Cultural Contribution: Actively contribute to the company’s cultural initiatives that enhance overall success and sustainability.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree, or an equivalent Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Examination (FPGEC) from NABP.
• Experience: An active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing. Required to be a Certified Immunizer.
• Skills: Ability to provide outstanding patient-centered care, conduct disease state management, and optimize medication therapy effectively.
