What You’ll Actually Do
• Solution Development: Assist in the development of solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Online.
• Site Migration: Assist with the migration of legacy SharePoint sites to modern SharePoint using hub architecture and modernization standards.
• CoPilot Implementation: Support senior developers in implementing approved CoPilot 365 features.
• Requirements Gathering: Participate in requirements gathering sessions and document business needs.
• Solution Collaboration: Collaborate with senior developers to implement and test Microsoft 365 solutions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of programming/systems analysis experience, and 1-3 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or junior development role.
• Skills: Foundational knowledge of SharePoint Online and Power Platform; strong written and verbal communication skills; customer-focused and responsive to feedback.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of PowerShell, JSON, or Microsoft Graph; Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900); Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
