Entry-Level Dental Assistant | Aspen Dental

What You’ll Actually Do
• Treatment Assistance: Assist during a variety of treatment procedures, supporting the clinical needs of patients.
• Operatory Management: Efficiently set up operatories before procedures and break them down post-treatment.
• Infection Control: Manage infection control by meticulously preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
• Patient Charting: Support Doctors by assisting with patient charting during examinations and procedures.
• Office Support: Perform various necessary office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the dental practice.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. This is an early career position.
• Experience: Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the dental field.
