Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. (TABS) is offering an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Internship, providing hands-on learning and experience in content creation and distribution within a corporate marketing team.

Internship Details:

  • Hourly Rate: $20.00
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 PM
  • Duration: June 15, 2026, to August 7, 2026
  • Location: Lake Forest, CA headquarters

Key Program Highlights:

The internship includes three team building/volunteer events, offering unique opportunities for networking and engagement:

  • Date to be determined: Dinner with Executives
  • July 14th: Cooking at Orangewood Foundation (Volunteer Event)
  • July 28th: Angels Game in Company Suite (Team Building Event)

Summary of the Solutions Marketing Intern Position:

This is a temporary entry-level role focused on content creation for the software and services portfolio of products. The intern will learn content creation and distribution processes within the TABS marketing team, under close guidance and support. This role provides hands-on learning opportunities in the creation of marketing materials for various audiences. Under immediate supervision, the Intern shall complete a variety of routine tasks in support of the goals and needs of the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely under the guidance of Department Management and staff, the intern will provide administrative support and engage in entry-level departmental tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Content Rebranding: Rebranding existing content into PowerPoint presentations, and converting PDFs into various marketing assets such as cards, brochures, and vertical files for vendors.
  • Project and Asset Management Support: Providing support on project management, asset management, and archiving initiatives.
  • Paid Media Execution Support: Assisting with coordinating file preparation, version tracking, placement specification, and meeting deadlines for paid media campaigns.
  • Marketing Operations Support: Supporting marketing operations including request intake, data coordination, pricing change support, and operational reporting.
  • Competitive Research: Conducting competitive research to inform marketing strategies.
  • Process Learning: Learning about departmental processes, procedures, and corresponding controls.
  • Entry-Level Activity Support: Under management guidance, supporting various entry-level activities within the department.
  • Reporting Assistance: Working closely with management or more senior staff to learn how to generate and review departmental reporting (both scheduled and ad-hoc).
  • Special Projects: Assisting with special projects as instructed.
  • General Duties: Performing other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Academic Status: Sophomore, junior, or senior level undergraduate student, or graduate student, attending an accredited college in good standing. Recent graduates (within six months) of an accredited college are also encouraged to apply.
  • Field of Study: Must be pursuing a Marketing Degree, or a closely related major (e.g., Business or similar).
  • Foundational Knowledge: Must have completed introductory business courses and possess a basic understanding of Marketing principles.
  • Skills:
    • Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently, and prioritize assignments.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated initiative.
