Product Marketing Intern | Salesforce

This is an internship at Salesforce, located in San Francisco, CA, with various start dates available. This role matters because interns will support the Product Marketing Team in various capacities, contributing to the overall success of the #1 AI-powered integration and agent platform in the market. • Team: Product Marketing Team (Operations, Content Strategy, Technical, Go-To Market, Global Event Strategy)
• Mission: Support the Product Marketing team by coordinating, executing, and analyzing marketing programs to drive the success of an AI-powered integration and agent platform.
• Tech Stack: Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides), AI agents, AI-powered automation tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of AI-driven product marketing strategies and strategic planning.
• Project Coordination: Support the planning, tracking, and execution of key marketing projects, content initiatives, or global events.
• Market Research: Conduct market and competitor research to identify customer needs, emerging AI adoption trends, and develop value propositions.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), vendor spend, and project timelines to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, execute planned activities, and coordinate the rollout of training and collateral.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current Junior/Rising Senior (December 2026/May 2027 grad date) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a broad range of cross-functional marketing stakeholders.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides); detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Bonus: Knowledge of the technology/SaaS industry; familiarity with market research and marketing principles; previous internship or work experience in marketing; some experience using AI agents or AI-powered automation tools to build, prototype, or streamline automated processes, especially in a marketing context.
