• Mission: To deliver specialized technical support within cath lab settings for radiology and cardiology procedures during a travel assignment, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Procedure Assistance: Provide critical technical support and assistance to physicians during a variety of specialized cardiology and radiology procedures performed within the cath lab setting.
• Equipment Management: Skillfully operate, monitor, and maintain advanced diagnostic and interventional equipment essential for cath lab operations, ensuring readiness and accuracy.
• Patient Monitoring: Diligently monitor patient vitals, cardiac rhythms, and overall status throughout complex procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Sterile Environment: Uphold strict sterile techniques and protocols within the cath lab to prevent infection and maintain a safe procedural environment.
• Team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with cardiologists, radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team during the 13-week assignment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Hold recognized professional credentials as a Cath Lab Technologist, with specialized expertise encompassing both Radiology and Cardiology disciplines, functioning as an Allied Health Professional.
• Experience: Possess demonstrated skill and a dedicated approach to performing technical duties within a cardiac catheterization laboratory environment, capable of contributing effectively from the start date.
• Skills:
• Advanced Imaging: Proficiency in operating and interpreting various radiological imaging modalities pertinent to cath lab procedures.
• Hemodynamic Monitoring: Competence in comprehensive hemodynamic monitoring and the management of patient physiological responses during interventions.
• Procedural Support: Ability to anticipate needs and provide precise support during intricate interventional cardiology and vascular procedures.
