Summer Intern – Business Transformation

Strattec is seeking a motivated Summer Intern to join our business transformation team for an exciting internship opportunity. This role provides students with meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional environment while supporting a variety of projects and day‑to‑day departmental activities.

You will collaborate closely with team members and gain exposure to business processes, tools, and projects while building valuable skills for future career growth. This 11-week internship will provide a blend of comprehensive real-world experience, networking events and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess current processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in updating processes and developing supporting training materials.
• Create scorecards, dashboards, and templates to support PMO and Transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting tools.
• Experience creating interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for developing clear, engaging presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive industry experience.
• General business exposure, such as internships, part‑time roles, or coursework.

Additional Information

• Schedule: Full-time during the summer months.
• Location: Hybrid, on-site 4 days per week.
